Pero si quitas autorcm encienciendo la consola normal desde power tampoco te arranca? Si es asi podria ser un error de mmc

sin el auto rcm y con el auto, la pantalla solo llega al logo de nintendo y despues pantalla negra y se queda asi.

No tendras firmware 17.x? En este firmware muchas consolas quedaron atascadas, estas lanzando atmosphere version minimo 1.6.2?

Por probar:

Menu Hekate >
Tools >
Abajo a la derecha (Arch bit - RCM - TOUCH - PKG1/2) >
Click opción de " FIX ARCHIVE BIT "

Sales al menu, LAUNCH y entras de nuevo a Atmos (magia)

Que revise si esta en 17.x si se queda pegada, en ese firmware paso mucho eso y se debia lanzar ams 1.6.2
